Base fabric are immersed into a bath filled with compounded vinyl chloride resin solutions, and excess resin solutions are squeezed using a mangle for impregnation. The resin stuck in the base fabric through this process is heat-treated to make a sheet.
Polymeric solutions can be simultaneously applied to both sides of a base fabric. Compared to the other processing approaches, this processing approach can cause polymeric solutions to impregnate into the inside of a base fabric.

While dipping can apply resins simultaneously to both sides of base fabric, coating can apply resins to one side each before heat treatment. This approach is characterized by easier control of an application volume, compared to the dipping. It is also possible to apply differently compounded resins each to the front and back.
It is possible to apply different polymeric solutions each to the front and back of base fabric or change a color on the front and back. Selecting coating enables you to arrange the application amount of polymeric solutions from thin to thick.

Calendering is a process of shaping the compounded resins into a film. The compounded resins are rolled through four big-size rollers to form a film with a predetermined thickness.
Compared to extrusion molding or inflation molding, the loss of used polymeric materials is small, so that we can respond to an order of small lots. The turn-around time is short, which allows you to change colors or thickness easily among lots.
