HIRAOKA & CO., LTD. established a joint venture company, Haining Hiraoka Huifeng Membrane Co., Ltd. (海宁平冈汇锋膜材有限公司) (address: 1/F, No. 28 Shijing Road, Haining Economic Development Zone, Haining City, Zhejiang Province, People's Republic of China) on 22 June, 2016 with Zhejiang Huifeng Holding Group Co., Ltd. (浙江汇锋控股集团股份有限公司) (former name: Zhejiang Huifeng New Materials Corp.,Ltd (浙江汇锋新材料股份有限公司), current address: No. 11 Jinchang Road, Haining Economic Development Zone, Haining City, Zhejiang Province, People's Republic of China), and HIRAOKA & CO., LTD. authorised Haining Hiraoka Huifeng Membrane Co., Ltd. to use certain technology exclusively owned by HIRAOKA & CO., LTD. from 1 July, 2016.
However, after negotiations, HIRAOKA & CO., LTD. terminated the aforementioned joint venture with Zhejiang Huifeng Holding Group Co., Ltd. on 19 December, 2024, and terminated the capital contribution and technology usage license for Haining Hiraoka Huifeng Membrane Co., Ltd..
Since 20 December, 2024,
① HIRAOKA & CO., LTD. has had no capital relationship with Haining Hiraoka Huifeng Membrane Co., Ltd..
② HIRAOKA & CO., LTD. has not made any commitment regarding the technology usage license to Haining Hiraoka Huifeng Membrane Co., Ltd..
③ HIRAOKA & CO., LTD. has had no business relationship with Haining Hiraoka Huifeng Membrane Co., Ltd. including product sales and technical guidance.

Regarding products that incorporate proprietary technology of HIRAOKA & CO., LTD., we respectfully request that all purchases be made through official channels, namely HIRAOKA & CO., LTD. or the following HIRAOKA International Trading (Shanghai) Co., LTD..
